In the early years of Carole Lewis Baskins business as a breeder of exotic cats, the tiger Shar Kan that she claims to have rescued. Well, she illegally bought him from Dennis Hill. She paid $800.00 for him. The problem is she had no Federal Fish and Wildlife Permit to buy or transport him which is very against the law. The sad part is the statue of limitations is up and she slipped by this one also.
